iSTEC provides a wide range of risk management, team building and business improvement consulting service based on more than 50 years of combined international industry experience in the mining chemical, petrochemical and general industries.
Incident investigation is one of our specialist services. We provide a full investigation service, starting from in-loco inspections of incident scene, through data collection, incident root cause analysis and recommendation of provision of corrective and preventive action.
